brown bananas

Does anyone have any great ideas of what can be done with brown bananas? I purchased bananas a little while ago thinking that I would force Luis to eat them every once in a while. Unfortunately my plan didn't work and we have 4 bananas sitting in a big bowl on our counter getting browner and browner each passing day. Now don't get me wrong, I love brown skin. I just don't love brown bananas. I, personally, like them when the stem still has a little green tint to it. I thought about making banana cream pie with our brown bananas but I'm thinking that they are going to be too mushy to go on the bottom of the pie. I could always make banana bread (which is what I did the last time Luis' bananas had turned brown), but I was kind of hoping to make something a little out of the norm. Which leads me back to my original question. So email me if you have any fun/different ideas of what can be done with them.
