confession

I've been listening to Newsies at work. Over the summer one of my co-workers happened to have a few songs from the Newsies soundtrack on his ipod. So I asked him to transfer them to my computer so that I could email them to myself and upload them on itunes (complicated process but totally worth it). I don't usually listen to anything at work because I spend most of my free time blog surfing and people tend to have random music on their blogs (and since I usually have multiple pages open at a time, all the music plays at once and I can't hear anything anyway). But lately, I've had more homework to do and so I've been going back to my trusty itunes to provide background music while I thoughtfully prepare documents to submit to a make-believe court. This past week, I stumbled on the Newsies songs and I just felt like listening to them again (I LOVED the movie when I was younger) and I found myself just listening to the same four songs (Seize the Day, King of New York, The World Will Know, and Carrying the Banner) and since I easily get addicted to things I had to listen to them over and over and over again.
