bread... part 2

So the bread turned out surprisingly well. I added basil, oregano, and thyme to the dough and then shaped it into what were supposed to be deli rolls (which turned out much larger than I expected). Since the rolls weren't a complete disaster, I decided to make good use of the discounted veggie patties that I purchased earlier this week to make veggie burgers for dinner. I topped off the patties with sauteed onions, fresh tomatoes and a parsley mayo spread. The burgers were looked so yummy paired next to a side salad. I wish I had taken a picture.
