you do me a favor

As I was watching my nieces today, Hannah came up to me and said, "Tala, you do me a favor. You pick up the toys?" I had no idea 3-year-olds liked things neat and tidy. I told her that I didn't want to pick up the toys until baby Lia was finished playing with them. Hannah thought for a second then said, "You paint my nails?" I'll take painting nails over picking up toys any day... especially when it elicits this smile:Besides, she is such a good big sister. She shares her toys, she gives hugs and kisses, and anytime Lia starts whining about anything, Hannah says, "I want to hold her. Her wants me." She then scoops Lia out of my arms, and Lia just loves it.
