As I was searching for information on the inauguration, I found out that HBO apparently has all the broadcasting rights and will give free access of the events to the other networks. Apparently the same thing happened for Clinton's '93 inauguration. I thought this was really strange. Why HBO? Do they really have that much money or do the other networks just not care enough to bid?
