Remember this post? It has been almost a full month and I have finally found my new workout regime. It has everything I need: cardio, strength training and yoga. Total Body Workout (aka TBW) is a TV series that alternates all of these wonderful disciplines everyday so that you get the maximum benefit from each exercise. Each show is 1-hour long and is on twice a day on the BYU channel (once at 5 am for the early risers and then again at 10 am). Who needs Gold's Gym and their 100 lb. girls strutting around in their underwear to make themselves feel good? With TBW I am assured that only modest workout attire will be viewed on my television. And none of that evil booty-shaking music. No, no, no. TBW will only bring generic up-tempo elevator music into my home. And if I crank up my thermostat 10 degrees, I can achieve the same sweat-drenched look that the TBW-ers get while taping the show :)
